ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT POSITION
The City of Tea currently has a full-time employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant position
The core duties and responsibilities of this position will revolve around supporting all the departments of the city as directed.
Communication (written and verbal), organizational skills, time management, decision-making, ability to multitask, good judgment, answer phones, greet the public, schedule appointments, maintain calendars, schedule, and coordinate (as directed) staff and other meetings, prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports, and other correspondence, create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, provide assistance to both Planning & Zoning and Tea Chamber as directed.
Must have exceptional computer skills. $15.00-$20.00 (plus benefits)
